Description: In the heart of New York, The Jam Nest space is designed to inspire people to be part of a community through music. The physical attributes of the space is designed to accommodate flexibility, unpredictability, adaptability, fluidity, and temporality to maximize what's being experienced. The characters of the vocal room, recording room and event area are created according to the acoustic needs while keeping it artistic and playful. It was fundamental for the space organization, changes and alterations on physical attributes to be adapted quickly and easily according to various needs while preserving the design language that is created for the music studio. By seeing performance, audience and event as a whole, the built space proposes diverse spacial opportunities for a stage to "take place".
