Description: Dokuma is a modern industrial heritage building built in 1950’s, Antalya. The requirement was to renovate the whole campus while main factory building being the focal area. Because of its industrial design, factory’s repeating elements created a homogenous system ready to be intervened. e intervention’s major approach was about flexibility, unpredictability, adaptability, fluidity, and temporality. The goal was to propose diverse space opportunities for unpredictable events. The stage is taken as a place of experience. e boundary between observer and performer blurs as space of acting overlaps with public life.
